How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, and one credit is used each time you render a video. Your allowance refreshes at the start of every billing cycle. If you need more before then, you can upgrade your plan or add a one-time credit pack from your account billing page.
What plans do you offer?
We have a free tier to get started, plus paid Creator and team plans that unlock more monthly videos, additional brand voices, higher resolution, and longer storage. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
How does rendering work?
You bring your script, footage, or avatar setup, and FlashFlow handles captions, aspect ratios, and the final export. Rendering runs in the background — you can leave the page and your finished video will appear in My Videos when it’s ready, with no watermark on paid plans.
How do I get my video onto my socials?
Every finished video downloads in one tap — no watermark on paid plans — ready to post to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Instagram, or X. Direct in-app publishing is in the works; for now it’s a quick download and upload.
What resolution and storage do I get?
Paid plans render at 1080p with no watermark. Storage length depends on your plan — finished videos are kept available for download for the retention window listed on your plan, after which you should keep your own copy.

How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
