FlashFlow in ChatGPT and Claude
Ask your AI assistant about your own brand deals, what you owe brands, your saved scripts and how your posts did. It reads from your FlashFlow account and nothing else.
What it does
Once connected, you can type things like “What brand deals need a reply from me?” or “What do I owe brands this week?” and your assistant looks it up in FlashFlow. It can also write a draft reply to a brand and save it in FlashFlow for you to check.
It only ever sees the one FlashFlow account you signed in with. It can’t see other creators, and it can’t send emails, post videos, change your plan or delete anything.
The 7 tools
| Tool | What it does | Access |
|---|---|---|
Account summary flashflow_account_summary | Your plan, credits left, and how many deals, commitments and scripts you have. | Read only |
List brand deals flashflow_list_deals | Your brand conversations, newest first, with where each one stands. Newsletters are left out. | Read only |
Open one deal flashflow_get_deal | The full back-and-forth with one brand, plus the offer terms FlashFlow pulled out. | Read only |
List commitments flashflow_list_commitments | What you promised each brand, how far along you are, and when it closes. | Read only |
List saved scripts flashflow_list_scripts | Scripts you saved in FlashFlow, so you can ask for one or build on it. | Read only |
Posting activity flashflow_posting_activity | Your recent posts with views and sales FlashFlow tied to them. | Read only |
Draft a reply to a brand flashflow_draft_deal_reply | Saves a draft reply in the brand conversation in FlashFlow. It never sends. You read it and press send yourself. | Saves a draft |
Read only vs. drafting
When you connect, FlashFlow asks what to allow. There are two choices:
- Read lets the assistant look at your deals, commitments, scripts and posts. It changes nothing.
- Draft also lets it save a draft reply in a brand conversation. Drafts just sit there until you open them. Nothing in FlashFlow sends them on its own.
If you only allowed reading and later ask for a draft, your assistant will tell you and offer to reconnect so you can allow drafting.
Which plan each tool needs
- Account summary works on any FlashFlow account, free included.
- Reading deals, commitments, scripts and posts needs any paid plan.
- Drafting replies needs Creator Pro or above.
If a tool isn’t on your plan, your assistant says so instead of showing an empty answer. If your plan changes, the tools follow right away. You don’t need to reconnect.
Add it to ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins and search for FlashFlow.
- Click Connect.
- A FlashFlow window opens. Sign in, pick what to allow, and click Connect.
- Start a new chat and ask “What brand deals need a reply from me?”
Using developer mode instead? Add a custom MCP server with the URL https://flashflowai.com/api/mcp and choose OAuth. Leave client ID and secret blank. ChatGPT registers itself.
Add it to Claude
- In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- Name it FlashFlow and paste
https://flashflowai.com/api/mcp. - Click Connect, sign in to FlashFlow, pick what to allow, and click Connect again.
- Turn the connector on in a chat and ask away.
Remove it
Remove or disconnect FlashFlow in your assistant’s settings (Plugins in ChatGPT, Connectors in Claude). To also cut off access on FlashFlow’s side right away, email us and we’ll revoke it.
Your data
The assistant gets the results of the questions you ask, from your account only. Brand emails it reads were written by other people, and the connector tells the assistant to treat them as information, not as orders. Sign-in tokens are stored scrambled (hashed), last an hour, and renew while you keep using the connector. Full details are in our privacy policy.
